Beginning mid-August, music will return to the 5PM Saturday Vigil Mass on a permanent basis, with a cantor and accompanist to lead hymns and prayers. Regular SJV volunteer cantors and accompanists, as well as a new face or two, will rotate at the 5PM Vigil Mass. Please take a moment to thank them for their service and commitment. When we sing, we pray twice!

The level of arsenic in our tap water is slightly elevated. The acceptable standard went from 50ppb (parts per billion) to 10 ppb in 2001. Our current water has about 22-25 ppb. This will continue through the summer or until we get a significant amount of rain. More information is available at

Set-up: Saturday, 8:00 am-10:00 am

Tear Down: 4:00 pm-5:00 pm (vendors must be packed up, off tables and leaving the hall by 5:00 pm)

The Bazaar is sponsored by St. John Vianney Church Women’s Group. We will provide a decorated hall, music, entertainment, and will be selling beverages, foodstuffs for lunch, sweet and savory bakery items—a treat for vendors and the public.
