Please bring your personal, school and sports calendars so we are able to plan the year. Dates for Youth Convention, and service projects will be discussed at this meeting as well.

MUSIC WILL RETURN TO SATURDAY VIGILBeginning mid-August, music will return to the 5PM Saturday Vigil Mass on a permanent basis, with a cantor and accompanist to lead hymns and prayers. Regular SJV volunteer cantors and accompanists, as well as a new face or two, will rotate at the 5PM Vigil Mass. Please take a moment to thank them for their service and commitment. When we sing, we pray twice!

TAP WATERThe level of arsenic in our tap water is slightly elevated. The acceptable standard went from 50ppb (parts per billion) to 10 ppb in 2001. Our current water has about 22-25 ppb. This will continue through the summer or until we get a significant amount of rain. More information is available at www.westsidewater.org.
