Wood Stackers Needed
January 22, noon-1:00
As many of us know, generous islanders contact our SJV Wood Crew with donations of cords' worth of firewood and the Wood Crew harvests, cuts into rounds, loads, unloads, splits, piles, stacks, and then delivers these donations.  As we all know, this has been a very cold and wet season, and many, many deliveries have been made.

The Wood Crew has mentioned that they could use some of our super outdoor energy, which was so amply revealed at December's leaf raking party. We have been asked to provide our Faith Formation students, and the Faith Formation parents too if willing, to work on January 22nd from JUST noon to 1:00, to help the Wood Crew move a lot of split fire wood under the cover of the sheds.
We will help get the currently split wood under cover so it can season for next winter's donations to those people on Vashon who need SJV's help to keep warm through the winter.

Boots/sturdy shoes and gloves, please.

High School and Jr. High students — your hard work is remembered from a couple of years ago!!

Feiler describes his journey -- by foot, jeep, rowboat, and camel -- across the Red Sea, up Mount Sinai, and into the biblical land of Israel recounting some of history's most storied events.
