Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation (PAFF)

We are seeking a Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Pastor in developing and implementing the Faith Formation Programs, including the Sacramental Preparation Programs & Youth Group, as well as RCIA.

The successful candidate:
  - is a practicing Catholic who is an active member of the faith community
  - will be able to coordinate, recruit, and facilitate training for catechists and other volunteers involved in catechetical programming
  - can work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
  - has strong communication and organization skills
